Junior Firefighter
Today was the day that fire stations throughout the city bring their trucks, gear and paraphernalia to the parking lot of the Boeing Air and Space Museum. Will and I, along with many other moms and dads of 3-5 year olds, had a blast sitting in the drivers seats of firetrucks, ladder trucks, airport fire vehicles, EMT vehicles, fire cranes and even practice escaping from a small home window! Will was just enthralled by all the firefighters he met and loved to see them in their gear, shake hands with them and try out their boots.
